Good Morning! Happy Friday!
I don't have any FOs to show you this week.... But I'm getting closer to to having some with regards to the baby blanket I'm knitting and the cowl I showed you last week. And even though I don't have any projects finished I'm going to cast on for a test knit a lovely friend on Ravelry has asked me to knit for her. She is hoping to release the pattern for Malabrigo March, so stay tuned for that!
This week I've been serious about getting my act together regarding my soon to be created online shop. To that end I purchased the book The Handmade Marketplace: How to Sell Your Crafts Locally, Globally, and On-Line by Kari Chapin. I'm enjoying it. It is fairly simple for even the not so business minded (yeah, that's me. Starting a business but not business minded. I think I need all the help I can get :D ) to follow, laying the steps you need to take to make sure it is a success and legal and hopefully no audits from any government agency. I would recommend it. Next I'm going to read her follow up book to see what I can glean from that.
